HRA’s

Lifestyle Consulting  will conduct a health risk assessment for your associates. Appointments can be scheduled in advance for associate convenience . One— on—one coaching with a registered nurse insures test results and reports are explained and educational opportunities are utilized.

HRA screening options

All health fair options are available to conduct with an HRA . Below are those screenings that must be conducted with an HRA.

· HDL Cholesterol

· Blood Glucose (Sugar)

· Blood Pressure

· Heart Rate

· Height

· Weight

· The Health Risk assessment questions completed

One - on- one discussions with a RN allows education and understanding of employee health issues.
